Motivation and Self-Regulation

We talked about ARCS (Attention, Relevance, Confidence, and Satisfaction) this week. My challenge as a teacher is often to teach relevance. Gaining attention can be a fun and creative experience. Feedback ITEC 800 - November 12

In class we only discussed our final projects and several people did a presentation. It is interesting to see everybody’s final project. I’m really excited about my final project, which is focused on Social Learning for second language learners. I just started with the website that is part of my presentation!

Week 13

Tonight was an interesting class as we had a guest from Korea. She's a student in ITEC program too in Korea. Really cool to see her using a mini computer (dictionary).. amazing gadget, right? I never saw anything like this in America.. Are we behind in the gadgets?

Looks like I forgot to put a blog from last week!! oopsie...

Last week was an interesting class because we got an opportunity to see what our classmates have researched so far!! It was so cool to see different topics...It was so cool to see different styles of presentations. I enjoyed learning their different ways of presenting their topics.
